We aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, we shall deal with it promptly. We want you to be happy with your purchases and to buy from us again. Please contact us by any of the methods in our 'Contact Us' page.
Placing an order
-Find the product you want to order
-If applicable select size, colour, etc from the options
-Click the Add to Cart button once you have selected all the options
-You then have the option to Continue Shopping or Checkout
-If you want to purchase other items, repeat the procedure to find the product
-When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on Checkout
-You will then be asked to create a Login Profile which allows you to shop faster, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders. It will also make future orders quicker as there will be no need to re-enter your address details
-You will then have to confirm payment by Paypal, cheque or postal order.
